Memorial Day
Today, we honor the brave individuals who gave their lives in service to our country. As we reflect on their sacrifice, we also recognize the LGBTQ+ service members, past and present, who served with courage and conviction, often in silence and without recognition. Their stories are a vital part of our history, and their service reminds us that the fight for freedom and equality takes many forms. On this Memorial Day, we remember with gratitude all who have fallen, and we commit ourselves to building a future worthy of their legacy—one rooted in justice, dignity, and inclusion for all.
